Sick of roommates? The share of people living alone has increased steadily since the 1980s, according to a new Zillow analysis of U.S. Census figures. The age group most likely to live alone? People aged 23 to 34.
We took a look at the country’s biggest metro areas by the percentage of people aged 23 to 34 who live alone. Here are some homes for sale in those places – in trendy neighborhoods where you won’t have to venture far for a bar or a grocery store or — maybe — someone to keep you company.
